A virtual/interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or virtual/interim Chief Information Officer (CIO) enables an organization with this type of challenge, to benefit from the experience and knowhow of a qualified, seasoned and strategically minded senior executive who will be accountable for the development and oversight of strategy, policy, programs and other initiatives over a designted period of time.

We offer this opportunity to organizations with this need, by designating a sought-after leader with extensive experience and knowhow in IT strategy, governance, service delivery or service support (i.e. vCIO) or with extensive experience and knowhow in cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance or resilience (i.e. vCISO), who can use his/her ability to positively influence the business of the enterprise with insightful, business-relevant contributions and solutions that are sustainable and tangibly aid the realization of strategic business goals.

 

Our designated virtual/interim CISO/CIO will first develop a clear, comprehensive understanding of your current business environment, including: relevant leaders and stakeholders; future objectives; the enterprise’s existing IT service delivery and service support landscape, governance, security, risk, compliance or resilience management landscape (i.e., strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats); and a clear vision and definition of the most realistic targets to pursue during the agreed period of engagement (usually 3, 6, 9 or 12 months or more).
